  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout or via WhatsApp/email.

  • Delivery times may vary due to location, holidays, or courier delays. We are not liable for delays once the item is dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Made-to-order and custom-stitched items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours for ready-to-ship items.
