Refund policy

At Anju Gandhi Wearable Art, each ensemble is a handcrafted labor of love, made using rare techniques and timeless artistry. As our garments are often semi-stitched or custom-made upon request, we follow a transparent and respectful return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items delivered.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp or email at contact@anjugandhi.com, along with unboxing photos/videos.

  • The item must be unused, unstitched, and in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched garments or products made to your measurements.

  • Items altered or washed after delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, bank account details will be required for the refund.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer product exchanges due to the uniqueness of each piece.

  • However, minor alterations (if feasible) may be considered after delivery at an additional cost. Shipping both ways will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

  • Ready-to-ship items: Can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

  • Custom or pre-order items: Cannot be canceled once production begins.
