At Anju Gandhi Wearable Art, each ensemble is a handcrafted labor of love, made using rare techniques and timeless artistry. As our garments are often semi-stitched or custom-made upon request, we follow a transparent and respectful return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items delivered.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp or email at contact@anjugandhi.com, along with unboxing photos/videos.

The item must be unused, unstitched, and in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched garments or products made to your measurements.

Items altered or washed after delivery.

Sale or discounted items.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, bank account details will be required for the refund.
Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges due to the uniqueness of each piece.

However, minor alterations (if feasible) may be considered after delivery at an additional cost. Shipping both ways will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations

Ready-to-ship items: Can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

Custom or pre-order items: Cannot be canceled once production begins.
