Thank you for visiting and shopping at Anju Gandhi Wearable Art. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Made-to-order and hand-embroidered items may take 7 to 15 business days for production, depending on design complexity.

  • You will be notified of any delays via WhatsApp or email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.

Standard Shipping (India) 4 – 8 business days post dispatch
Express Shipping (India) 2 – 4 business days post dispatch
International Shipping* 7 – 15 business days (Varies by location)

*For international orders, duties and customs charges (if any) are borne by the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India): FREE on prepaid orders above ₹2,000. For orders below this, a flat ₹100 shipping fee is applicable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select items with a small service fee.

  • International Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will be applicable.

  • If the courier fails to deliver due to unavailability, they may attempt 1–2 redeliveries before returning the package to us.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Weather conditions

    • Natural disasters

    • Lockdowns or strikes

    • Courier issues beyond our control
